Craig brings the business case for why this matters. Thirty years as CEO and CFO across the world's best-known brands, private companies and machine-learning ventures let him see the same pattern in every sector: human judgement was the constraint. He understood the bottleneck from inside real organisations and saw the potential for agents to do the work, humans to decide and need for machine-speed governance — the executive lens Cogenics had to be built for.
Peter brings the human judgement research. An expert in systems thinking, design, and foresight, his career has been spent understanding how people actually engage with a decision – the discipline behind the finding that humans stop deciding and start ratifying once a system seems capable enough to trust. That's the basis for Cogenics' cognitive capacities and human-AI coherence and Peter
owns it.
Requisite Organisation is fifty years of management science proving judgement varies by cognitive level. Priscilla built her career on knowing it – organisational design and human factors, and a former COO role across resources, financial services, and health. It's the human side of the Cogene, and she built it.
